までが主語(主部)です。
or hatsuyume は「言い換えれば(つまり)初夢」という意味の言い回しです。
or には「つまり、すなわち」という意味があります。
subject は名詞では「主題、テーマ、題材」という意味の名詞です。

be considered ~ で「~とみなされる」です。
consider は「~とみなす、~と考える」という意味の動詞です。

an omen of ~ で「~の前兆、~の予兆、~の前触れ」です。
omen オウメンは有名なホラー映画の題名でおなじみですね。
例:fortunate omen「吉兆」、evil omen「凶兆」

how the coming year will welcome you
で「新年があなたをどう迎えるか」という意味です。
the coming year が主語で「来るべき年、新年、月の年」です。
例:coming month「次の月」
