本日の例文

毎週土曜日は、2005年スティーブ・ジョブズがスタンフォード大学の卒業式で学生に贈った有名な演説からの引用です。
偉大な仕事を見つけることが大事だとジョブズは言います。

As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.

As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.
で「恋愛に関する全ての問題と同様に、それを見つけた時、あなたはそれだと気づくでしょう。そしてよき恋愛関係のように、それは時が経つにつれてどんどん良くなっていくのです。」という意味になります。

As with ～ は「～のように、～と同様に」という意味の言い回しです。
like ～ と同じ意味ですね。

all matters of the heart で「すべての愛情の問題」です。
matters of ～ は「～に関する事柄、～の問題」という意味です。
the heart はハートマークから連想できるように「愛情、愛」という意味があります。

you’ll know when you find it で「あなたがそれを見つけた時、あなたは知るでしょう。」です。
know は「それだと分かる」という意味合いです。
恋愛でも一目惚れのように、「この人だ！」と分かることがありますね。
it は前回でてきた「自分で偉大だと思える仕事」のこと。

like any great relationship で「あらゆる良い恋愛関係のように」です。
relationship は「関係、結びつき、人間関係、恋愛関係」という意味です。
前半で heart と言っているので、この場合は「恋愛関係」のことですね。
例：get into a relationship「恋愛関係になる」

it just gets better and better as the years roll on で「それは時が経つにつれてまさにどんどん良くなるでしょう」です。
get better で「良くなる」という意味の言い回しです。
get better and better なので「どんどん良くなる」という意味になります。
as the years roll on は慣用句で「時が経つにつれて、年月が過ぎていくと同時に、年々」という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

全ての恋愛の問題と

you’ll know
あなたは（それだと）分かるでしょう

when you find it.
それを見つけた時

And,
そして

like any great relationship,
あらゆる素晴らしい恋愛関係のように
