で「百戦百勝は善の善なる者に非ざるなり。戦わずして人の兵を屈するは善の善なるものなり。」という意味になります。

すべての戦で勝つことよりも、戦わずして勝つことこそが最善であるということですね。

To fight and conquer in all our battles までが主語です。
「すべての戦いを戦って勝つこと」です。
conquer は「征服する」という意味から、「打ち勝つ、打破する」という意味の動詞です。

is not supreme excellence で「最上の優秀さではない」です。
supreme は「最上の、最上位の、究極の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：supreme court「最高裁判所」、Supreme Being「神」、supreme power「最高権力」

supreme excellence consists in ～ で「最上の優秀さは～に存する」です。
consist in ～ で「本質的なものが～に存する、～にある」という意味になります。
consist は「～から成る、～が存在する、～を基礎とする」という意味の動詞です。
例：consist mainly of ～「～が主成分である」

何に存するのかというと、
breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting で「戦わずして敵の抵抗を破ること」です。
break resistance で「抵抗を破る」です。
resistance は「抵抗、抵抗勢力、抵抗力」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は resist リズィストゥで「～に抵抗する、～と抗争する」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
