で「科学者たちが太陽系に９番目の惑星があるという証拠を発見した。それは奇妙に引き延ばされた軌道上を周回している。」という意味になります。

Scientists have found evidence of ～ で「科学者たちは～の証拠を発見した」となります。
evidence は「証拠」という意味の名詞です。
形容詞形は evident「明白な、はっきりとした」です。
例：evident progress「明らかな前進」

a ninth planet in the solar system で「太陽系の９番目の惑星」です。
solar system で「太陽系」という意味です。
太陽光発電のことではありません！
ninth planet で「第９番目の惑星」です。
ninth は nine の序数です。
9th とも書けます。

which is travelling on a bizarre elongated orbit は直前の ninth planet を説明する関係代名詞節。
「奇妙に引き延ばされた軌道上を進んでいる」という意味になります。
travel は「旅する、旅行する」という意味以外にも、「光や音などが進む」という意味があります。
例：travel at light speed「光の速度で進む」
on a bizarre elongated orbit で「奇妙に引き延ばされた軌道上」です。
bizarre ビザールは「奇妙な」という意味の形容詞です。
elongated イロンゲイティドゥは「引き延ばされた、細長い」という意味の形容詞です。
例：an elongated tail「細長いしっぽ」
