Today, due to religious restrictions, I’m not allowed to have medicine for my cold. The only thing my family will let me have is milk tea. I’m lactose intolerant. FML
で「今日、宗教上の制約で、私は風邪のために薬を飲むことが許されない。家族が私に飲ませるのはミルクティーだけだ。私は乳製品アレルギーだ。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

due to ～ で「～が原因で、～のせいで」という意味になります。
religious restriction は「宗教上の制約」です。
restriction は「制限、制約」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は、restrict で「～を制限する」です。

I’m not allowed to have medicine for my cold で「風邪薬が飲めない、風邪薬を飲むことを許されない」
have a medicine で「薬を飲む」です。
medicine for cold で「風邪薬」となります。
他にも、cold medicine, cold med とも言います。

The only thing my family will let me have is milk tea で「家族が私に飲ませる唯一のものはミルクティーだ」です。
let me have ～ で「（私に）～を飲ませる、飲むのを許す」です。

I’m lactose intolerant で「私は乳糖不耐症だ」です。
lactose ラクトウスが「乳糖」という意味です。
lactose intolerant で「乳糖不耐症の、乳製品アレルギーの」という意味になります。
milk intolerant とも言います。アレルギーというか、牛乳を飲むとおなかが下る人のことです。
intolerant は「我慢ができない、不耐性の、偏狭な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：alcohol intolerance「アルコール不耐性」、intolerant society「偏狭な社会」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
