で「調査によると、女性の平均余命は、長野県が87.67歳で最高となった。調査は地域の寿命の格差を分析するために1965年から5年毎に行われている。」という意味になります。

The average life expectancy for women で「女性の平均余命」となります。
life expectancy「余命、あとどれくらい生きられるか」です。
expectancy は「期待値」という意味になります。

was highest in Nagano Prefecture で「長野県で一番高かった」となります。

according to the survey で「調査によると」です。
survey サーヴェイは「調査、測量、世論調査」などという意味の名詞です。

which has been conducted every five years since 1965 で「（その調査とは）1965年から5年おきに実施されてきている」です。
which は直前の the survey を主語に取った関係代名詞。
be conducted で「（調査・会議・実験などが）実施される」です。
例：research conducted by ～「～によって行われた調査」

in order to analyze regional disparities in life spans で「寿命の地域格差を分析するために」です。
in order to ～ は「～するために」ですね。
analyze [ア]ナライズは「分析する、解析する」という意味の動詞です。
例：analyze a problem「問題を分析する」
regional disparities in life spans で「地域間の寿命の格差」です。
regional disparities で「地域格差」です。
disparity は「格差、差」という意味の名詞です。
例：economic disparities between nations「各国間の経済格差」
disparity in ～ で「～における格差」となります。
