Today, as I was perusing old photos with my mother, I found one of her with a “childhood friend” at her wedding to my dad. Now I know where my green eyes and blotchy neck birthmark came from, and it’s not from the man I’ve been calling “dad” for 40 years. FML
で「今日、母と古い写真を一枚一枚見ていて、父との結婚式の時に、母が幼なじみと一緒に写った写真を見つけた。今やっとわかった。私の緑色の目と、首にあるアザがどこから来たのかが。そしてそれは40年間パパと呼んできた男性からではない。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

as I was perusing old photos with my mother, で「母と一緒に古い写真を一枚一枚見ていた時に、」という意味になります。
as ～ は「～の時、～していて」という同時進行の意味の接続詞ですね。
peruse ペルーズで「詳細に調べる、熟読する、じっくり閲覧する」という意味の動詞です。
peruse old photos なので「古い写真をじっくりと見ていく」となります。
例：peruse every page of a book 「本を隅から隅まで熟読する」

I found one of her with a “childhood friend” at her wedding to my dad. で「父との結婚式の時に、母が幼なじみと一緒に写った写真を見つけた。」です。
I found one of her で「彼女の写真を見つけた」です。
one of her の one は photo のことですね。
with a “childhood friend” で「幼なじみと一緒の」です。
one of her with a “childhood friend” で「幼なじみと一緒に写った母の写真」です。
at her wedding to my dad で「父との結婚式で」です。
wedding to ～ で「～との結婚式」という意味になります。

Now I know where my green eyes and blotchy neck birthmark came from, で「私は今、私の緑色の目と、首にあるアザがどこから来たのかがやっとわかった。」となります。
Now I know ～ で「～が今わかった」となります。
例：Now I know what it means.「その意味が今やっとわかりました」
where my green eyes and blotchy neck birthmark came from なので「私の緑色の目と、首にあるアザがどこから来たのかが」です。
blotchy は「染みだらけの」という意味の形容詞です。
名詞形は、blotch ブラッチで「斑点」です。
neck birthmark で「首のあざ」ですね。
birthmark は「生まれながらのあざ、母斑」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
