The people who believed in the Wright brothers’ dream までが主語（主部）になります。
「ライト兄弟の夢を信じた人々」です。
ライト兄弟チームのメンバーのことですね。
believe in ～ で「～を信じる」と言う意味になります。

worked with them with blood and sweat and tears で「彼らと一緒に働いた、血と汗と涙を持って」です。
with them の them はライト兄弟のことです。

The others just worked for the paycheck. で「一方のチームの人たちはただ給与のために働いた」です。
the others は「ライト兄弟チームではない人たち」です。
サミュエル・ピアポント・ラングレーのチームです。
paycheck は「給料、給与」です。
check は「小切手」と言う意味があります。
例：earn a huge paycheck「巨額の給与をもらう」、monthly paycheck 「月給」

They tell stories of how ～ で直訳すると「彼らは～がどんなだったかの話を語る」です。
この場合の they は「世間（一般の人々）」のことを指します。
意訳すれば「～な感じだったらしい、～だということだ、～な風な噂だ」と言ったくらいの意味になります。

every time the Wright brothers went out で「ライト兄弟が出かける時は毎回」です。
go out は「出かける」です。
飛行機のテストに出かける時ですね。

they would have to take five sets of parts, で「彼らは部品を5セット持って行かなければならなかった」です。
take ～ で「～を持って行く」です。
five sets of parts で「飛行機のパーツ（部品）を5セット」です。

なぜかと言うと、
because that’s how many times they would crash before supper. で「なぜならそれくらい多くの回数、彼らは夕食前にクラッシュする感じだったから」です。
that’s how ～ も「～な具合だ、そんな風である」と言う意味合いです。
例：That’s how it is.「そんなもんだよ。」
crash は「ガシャーン」と言う音から来た言葉で「衝突する、墜落する、突っ込む」と言う意味の動詞（verb）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

彼らと一緒になって働いた
