I’m not saying that we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods and never talk to each other again, but I am saying that we could all stand to unplug and get inside our own heads a little more often.

I’m not saying that we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods and never talk to each other again, but I am saying that we could all stand to unplug and get inside our own heads a little more often.
で「今すぐ出かけて森の中に山小屋を建てて、今後誰とも話をするなと言っているわけではありません。そうではなく、もう少し煩わしいことから距離を置き、自分の頭の中に入っていく機会を増やしてもいいのでは、ということです。」という意味になります。

I’m not saying that ～ で「～ということを言ってるわけではない」です。
要するに「私が言いたいのは～と言うことではない」です。

we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods で「私たちが皆、今すぐ出かけて行って、森の中に山小屋を建てなければならない」です。
go off は「（～から離れて）いく、（いきなり）立ち去る」です。
in the woods で「森の中に」となります。
wood は「木」なので、woods で「森」となります。

and never talk to each other again, で「そして、一切しない、お互いに話さない、今後は」です。
talk to each other で「お互いに会話する」です。

but I am saying that ～ で「ではなくて、～と言いたいのです」です。

we could all stand to unplug で「私たちは皆、プラグを抜いた状態に我慢できるのではないか」です。
could は「（やろうと思えば）できるのではないか」という意味合いの仮定法です。
stand to ～ で「～することを我慢できる」です。
unplug は「電源プラグを抜く」という意味から「現代のテクノロジーを排除した生活をする」という意味になります。
スマホやパソコン、テレビなどから離れて、自然の中で生活するということですね。

and get inside our own heads a little more often. で「そして、自分の頭の中に入っていく、もう少し頻繁に」です。
get inside one’s head で「頭の中に入る」です。
これも比喩表現で「思索にふける、一人になって頭の中を整理する」という意味ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

I’m not saying that
私は～と言いたいわけじゃない

we all have to now go off
私たちが皆すぐにここから離れて

and build our own cabins in the woods
森の中に山小屋を作らなければならない（と）

and never talk to each other again,
そしてお互い今後一切会話しないと

but I am saying that
ではなくて、～と言いたいのです

we could all stand to unplug
私たちはみんな、もっとアンプラグな状態でいられるのでは

and get inside our own heads
そして一人思索にふけることができるの（では）

a little more often.
もうちょっと多くの機会に
