Renaissance は発音が[レ]・ネ・サンスとなります。

and we had this big idea, and the big idea was, で「そして、私たちは途方もない考え方を持った、その考え方とは」です。
idea はこの場合は「考え方、構想」です。

その考え方とは、どんなものかというと、
let’s put the individual human being at the center of ～ で「人間個人を～の中心に置こう」というものです。
put ～ at the center of … で「～を…の中心に置く」ですね。
the individual human being で「人間個人」です。
individual で「個々の、個々人の」という意味の形容詞です。
human being は「人間」ですね。
何の中心に個々の人間を置くかというと、
(at the center of) the universe で「宇宙の中心に」
そして、
above all gods and mysteries で「あらゆる神々と神秘よりも上に」です。
above は「～を超えて、～よりも上に」という意味の前置詞です。

and there’s no more room for で「そして～のための余地はもうない」です。
(for) mystical creatures で「神秘的な生き物たち（のための余地）」です。
mystical creatures とは、この場合は、ハリーポッターのドビーのような精霊とか、ジーニアスやダイモンなどのような精霊のことですね。
who take dictation from the divine. で「（その生き物たちとは）神からの意志を伝える」です。
dictation はディクテイションは「口述筆記」という意味でおなじみですが、
動詞形では dictate ディクテイトゥで「言ったことを書き取らせる」から「（神や偉い人などが人々に）命令する、意思を伝える、運命を定める」という意味です。
ですのでこの場合の dictation とは、神からの「意思・決定・お達し」と言った意味合いになります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

全てが変わった
