ビル・ゲイツ氏によるTEDでのスピーチ「もし次の疫病大流行（アウトブレイク）が来たら？私たちの準備はまだ出来ていない」です。

Let’s look at Ebola. I’m sure all of you read about it in the newspaper, lots of tough challenges. I followed it carefully through the case analysis tools we use to track polio eradication.

Let’s look at Ebola. I’m sure all of you read about it in the newspaper, lots of tough challenges. I followed it carefully through the case analysis tools we use to track polio eradication.
で「エボラの例を見てみましょう。皆さんもそれについては新聞で読んだことでしょう。難しい課題だらけです。私はそれを、ポリオ撲滅を分析するときに使用する症例分析ツールを用いて注意深く追跡しました。」という意味になります。

Let’s look at Ebola. で「エボラ（の例）を見てみましょう。」です。

I’m sure (that) ～ で「～だと確信しています、きっと～だと思います」です。
all of you read about it で「皆さんがそれについて読んだ（と）」です。
all of you で「みなさん全員」という意味の言い回しです。
read はこの場合は過去形ですので レドゥ と発音されています。
in the newspaper で「新聞で」です。
ちなみに基本的には紙媒体の場合は in ～ で、電子的な媒体の場合は on ～ となります。
例：on TV「テレビで」、on the newspaper’s website「ニュースサイトで」

lots of tough challenges. で「難しい課題だらけです」です。
lots of ～ で「たくさんの～」です。
a lot of ～ とほぼ同じ意味ですが、lots of ～ の方がカジュアル（informal）です。

I followed it carefully で「わたしはそれを追跡した、注意深く」です。
it とは、2014年のエボラ出血熱の流行のことです。
through the case analysis tools で「ケース分析ツールを通して」です。
case analysis「症例分析」です。
case には「（病気の）症状、症例、患者」という意味があります。

どんなツールかというと、
(tools) we use to track polio eradication. で「ポリオ撲滅を追跡調査するのに使用する（ツール）」です。
track も follow とほぼ同じ意味で「追跡する、後を追う、追跡調査する」です。
例：track participants’ eating habits「調査対象者たちの食習慣を追跡調査する」
polio eradication は「ポリオ菌の撲滅」です。
eradication は「撲滅、根絶」です。
動詞形は eradicate イ[ラ]ディケイトゥ「～を撲滅する、根絶やしにする」です。
例：eradicate AIDS「エイズを根絶する」、eradicate forced labor 「強制労働を根絶する」
exterminate や annihilate とも言えます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
