で「お金は素晴らしいものだと思います。それは可能にします、何かすぐに儲かる見込みのない事業アイデアにも資金を投入することができるようにしてくれますから。でも私の人生の中でとりわけその当時は、それは一番重要なものではありませんでした。」という意味になります。

I think money is a wonderful thing, で「私は思う、お金は素晴らしいものだと」です。
I think (that) ～ で「～だと思う」です。

because ～「なぜなら～」
it enables you to do things, で「それは、あなたを、いろいろな物事をできるようにしてくれる」です。
enable ～ to … で「～が…できるようにしてくれる」という意味の言い回しです。
allow ～ to do とも言い換えられます。
enable は「～を可能にする」という意味の動詞。
it は money を指しています。

it enables you to invest in ～ で「それは～に投資できるようにしてくれる」です。
invest in ～ で「～に（お金を）投資する」という意味のコロケーションです。

何に投資できるようなるのかというと、
ideas (that) ～ で「（～な）アイデアに」です。
ideas は「アイデア、構想、考え」などという意味です。ここでは「事業アイデア」ということですね。

どんな事業アイデアかというと、
(that) don’t have a short-term payback で「短期的な見返りがない（事業アイデア）」です。
a short-term payback で「短期回収、短期的な戻り金」です。
ようするに、投資をしてもすぐには利益が見込めない事業アイデア、ということです。
payback は「元金回収（期間）、借りを返すこと、見返り」という意味の名詞です。
例：payback time, payback period「回収期間」
and things like that で「～とかそのようなもの、そんな感じもの」という意味の言い回しです。
最後に付加的に、ぼかすような意味合いになります。
and something like that などとも言います。

But ～「しかし～」
especially at that point in my life,「特にその時点では、人生の中で」です。
at that point in my life とは、前述された AppleⅡ が成功したとき（23～25歳当時）のことです。

it was not the most important thing. で「それは一番重要なことではなかった」です。
では the most important thing は何なのかというと、それは次回のお楽しみです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
