TED-Edより「What are those floaty things in your eye?（目の中に浮かんでいるものはなんだろう？）」です。

But they’re not actually bugs or any kind of external objects at all. Rather, they exist inside your eyeball. Floaters may seem to be alive, since they move and change shape, but they are not alive. Floaters are tiny objects that cast shadows on the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of your eye.

But they’re not actually bugs or any kind of external objects at all. Rather, they exist inside your eyeball. Floaters may seem to be alive, since they move and change shape, but they are not alive. Floaters are tiny objects that cast shadows on the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of your eye.
で「でも実は虫や外部の物質では全くなく、むしろ、あなたの眼球の中に存在しています。フローターは動いたり形を変えたりするので、生きているように見えますがそうではありません。フローターは、網膜（眼の後ろにある感光組織）に影を投げかける小さな物質なのです。」という意味になります。

But they’re not actually bugs or any kind of external objects at all. で「でも、それらは実は虫でも外部の物質でもありません。」です。
not ～ at all で「全く～ではない」という意味になります。
any kind of external objects で「外部の物質といったもの」という意味です。
kind of ～ は、ぼかし表現で「～的な」という意味合いです。

Rather, ～ で「（そうではなく）むしろ～だ」です。
they exist inside your eyeball. で「それらはあなたの眼球の内側に存在している」です。

Floaters may seem to be alive, で「フローターは生きているように見えるかもしれない」です。
since they move and change shape, で「それらが動いたり形を変えたりするから」です。
ここでは since ～ は「～なので」と【理由】の意味になります。
but they are not alive. で「でも、それらは生きていない」です。

Floaters are tiny objects (that) ～ で「フローターは小さい（～な）物質です」です。
どんな物質かというと、関係代名詞that で説明が入り、
(that) cast shadows on the retina, で「（それは）網膜に影を投げかける」です。
cast は「～を投げかける、投じる」という意味の動詞です。
過去・過去分詞とも同じ形（cast-cast-cast）になる動詞です。
retina [レ]ティナは「網膜」です。
iPhoneなどの「レティーナ・ディスプレイ」という言葉で日本でもおなじみですが発音がちょっと違うので注意しましょう。

カンマ以降は、retina を言い換えて説明している名詞句です。
the light-sensitive tissue at the back of your eye. で「目の後ろにある感光性の細胞組織」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
