で「この素晴らしいホテルのうわさは広まり、人々があちらこちらから押し寄せてきます。ある晩、思いも寄らないことが起こります。その夜勤マネージャーが外を見ると無限に大きなバスの無限に続く行列が見えます。それぞれのバスには可算無限の数の乗客を乗せて。彼はどうしたらいいでしょう。」という意味になります。

Word spreads about ～ で「～についてうわさが広まる」です。
word はここでは「うわさ」という意味になっています。
例：Word travels fast.「うわさはすぐに広まる」、spread the word「うわさを広める」
about this incredible hotel で「この信じられないくらい素晴らしいホテルについての（うわさ）」です。

People pour in で「人々が流れ込む」です。
pour は「注ぐ、雨などが降り注ぐ」という意味です。
ここでは pour in という句動詞で「（どっと）流れ込む、押し寄せる」という意味です。
from far and wide で「あちらこちらから」という意味のコロケーションになります。

One night, the unthinkable happens. で「ある晩、考えられないことが起こる」です。
the unthinkable で「信じられないこと」という意味の名詞になります。
例：do the unthinkable「考えられないようなことをする」

The night manager looks outside and sees ～ で「その夜勤マネージャーが外を見ると～が見える」です。
look と see の違いが分かりやすい例ですね。
look は能動的に「目を向ける」で、see は自然と「目に入ってくる」という意味合いです。

何が目に入ってきたかというと、
(sees) an infinite line of infinitely large buses, で「無限に続く行列、無限に大きいバス達の」です。
an infinite line で「無限に続く行列」です。
line は「線」ですが、ここでは「列、行列」ですね。

each with a countably infinite number of passengers. で「（そのバスの）それぞれが可算無限もの多くの乗客を持った（乗せた）」です。
each「それぞれ、一つ一つ」は直前の buses のことを表しています。
each of the buses ですね。
with ～ で「～を持った、～を伴った」です。
countably infinite number は「可算無限数」でしたね。
「無限」には coutable「可算の」と uncountable「非可算の」無限があります。
coutable は1,2,3,4 ～ と数えられる無限という意味です。

What can he do? で「彼はどうしたらいいでしょうか？」です。
例：What can I do?「どうしたらいいでしょう？」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
