で「ミュージシャンが楽器を取り上げる時は毎回、彼らの頭の中ではいくつもの花火が打ちあがっていることをご存じでしたか？ 外側では彼らは落ち着いていて集中しているように見えるかもしれません。楽譜を読んで練習した正確で熟練した動きをしながら。」という意味になります。

Did you know that ～ で「～だということを知っていましたか？」です。

that節の中に入り、
every time musicians pick up their instruments, で「ミュージシャンが自分の楽器を手に取る時は毎回」です。
every time はここでは接続詞になっています
whenever ～, や　each time ～, とも言い替えられます。
musicians pick up their instruments で「ミュージシャンが自分の楽器を手に取る」です。
pick up ～ は「～を選び取る」という意味でも良く使われますが、ここでは普通の意味で「手に取る、取り上げる」です。

手に取る時は毎回、
there are fireworks going off all over their brain で「爆発している花火がある、彼らの脳の中のいたる所で」です。
there are ～「～がある」
fireworks going off で「爆発しているいくつもの花火」です。
go off は「（爆弾などが）爆発する、（目覚ましなどが）鳴り出す」という意味の句動詞です。
all over ～ で「～のあらゆるところで」です。
例：travel all over the world「世界のあらゆるところを旅する」

On the outside, で「その外側では、外見上は、外面的には」
they may look calm and focused, で「彼らは落ち着て集中しているように見えるかもしれない」です。
ここでの look ～ は「～のように見える」という意味です。
calm は「落ち着いている、静かな」、focused で「集中している」という意味の形容詞です。

reading ～ 以降は分詞構文で「～を読みながら」という意味です。
read the music で「音楽を読む、楽譜を読む」です。
and「そして」
making the precise and practiced movements required. で「正確で熟練した必要な動きをしている」です。
make ～ movements で「～な動きをする」という意味のコロケーション。
precise プリ[サ]イスは「正確な、精密な」、名詞形は precision プリ[スィ]ジョン「正確さ、精密さ」
practiced プ[ラ]クティストゥは「熟練した、練習を積んだ」です。
movements required の required は後ろからmovements を修飾して「必要な、求められる」という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
