で「我々は強く思う。アメリカの繁栄は増加する中間層の広い肩にかかっているに違いないと。我々は思う。すべての個々人が自立し自分の仕事にプライドを持つ時に、そして誠実な労働者の賃金が困窮の淵から家族を解放する時に、アメリカは繁栄するのだと。」という意味になります。

We believe that ～「我々は～だと信じる、強く思う」
America’s prosperity must rest upon で「アメリカの繁栄は、～にかかっているに違いないと」です。
rest on ～ または rest upon ～ で「～にかかっている、～に基礎が置かれている、～に頼っている」という意味の句動詞です。
rest は「休む」という意味以外にも「（物がある場所に）ある、置かれている」という意味もあります。
例：He is resting on his father’s laurels.「彼は父の偉業の上にあぐらをかいている。」
何にかかっているかといと、
the broad shoulders of a rising middle class で「広い肩の上に、台頭する中間層の（肩）」です。
broad で「広い」です。反対は narrow「狭い」
a rising middle class で「台頭する中間層」です。
rising は「増えている、増加している、上昇している」です。

We know that ～「我々は～だと思う」
America thrives when ～ で「アメリカは繁栄するのだ、～の時に」です。
どんな時に繁栄するのかというと、
(when) every person can find independence and pride で「一人一人すべての人が自立とプライドを見つけることができる（時）」です。
in their work で「自らの仕事の中に」（見つけられるとき）です。
セミコロン（;）で、when を列挙する形です。
また、
(when) the wages of honest labor liberate families from the brink of hardship. で「誠実な労働者の賃金が、家族を、困窮の淵から、解放する（時）」です。
wages は「賃金」です。基本的に複数形で使われます。
labor は「労働力」という意味もありますが、ここでは集合的に「労働者」という意味になっています。
例：foreign labor「外国人労働者」
liberate が動詞で「～を解放する」です。
from the brink of hardship で「困窮の淵から」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

我々は強く思う

America’s prosperity
アメリカの繁栄は

must rest upon
～にかかっているに違いないと

the broad shoulders of a rising middle class.
台頭する中間層の広い肩に
