で「もしあなたの仕事が気の進まない面倒なことなら、朝一番にそれをするのが最善だ。そして気の進まない仕事が二つあるのなら、大きい方をまず第一に片付けた方がいい。」という意味になります。
It is ～ to do の構文です。
it's your job to eat a frog で直訳すると「カエルを食べることがあなたの仕事」です。
eat a frog は比喩表現で「何かを嫌々する、気の進まないことをする」という意味になります。
カエルを食べる→嫌なこと、ということです。
it's best to do it first thing in the morning で「朝一番にそれをすることが最善である」です。
it's best to ～ で「～することが一番いい」という意味の言い回しです。
first thing in the morning で「朝一で、朝一番に、起きたら最初に」です。
例：first thing after work「仕事が終わったらすぐに」
And If it's your job to eat two frogs で「もし2個嫌な仕事があるなら」です。
カエルを二匹食べる事→嫌なことが二つある事、ですね。
it's best to eat the biggest one first で「最初に一番大きいのを食べることが最善だ」です。
biggest one は「一番大きいカエル」です。
比喩的に「一番面倒なこと」を表します。
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
