で「日本はその非常に洗練されたカスタマーサービスで世界的に有名になっています。それは、高級ホテルやリゾート地だけで、見られるようなものではありません。」という意味になります。
Japan has become world-famous for ～ で「日本は～で世界的に有名になっている」です。
world-famous は「世界的に有名な」という意味の形容詞です。
famous for ～ で「～で有名な」です。
its incredibly polished customer service で「その非常に洗練されたカスタマーサービス」です。
incredibly polished で「非常に洗練された」です。
incredibly は、incredible「信じられないほどの、非常な、驚くほどの」の副詞形。
polished パリッシュトゥは「磨かれた、洗練された」です。
例：polished air「洗練された雰囲気」、highly polished table「ピッカピカのテーブル」
polish で「磨いてつやを出す、研磨する」という意味の動詞です。
which 以降は直前の文を説明する関係代名詞節になり、
isn’t something you’ll find only at premium-priced hotels and leisure resorts で「（それは）あなたが高級ホテルやリゾート地だけで目にする様なものではない」です。
premium-priced hotels で「高級ホテル」という意味になります。
leisure resorts で「リゾート地」です。
leisure は「余暇」という意味で、resorts は「リゾート地」です。
leisure の発音は、イギリスではレジャー、アメリカではリージャーとなります。
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
