J.K. Rowling のハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチ（2008年）です。

At our graduation we were bound by enormous affection, by our shared experience of a time that could never come again, and, of course, by the knowledge that we held certain photographic evidence that would be exceptionally valuable if any of us ran for Prime Minister.

で「卒業式のとき、私たちは深い愛情で結ばれていました。また、二度と戻らないあの特別な時を共に過ごした経験、そしてもちろん、私たちのうちの誰かが首相に立候補した場合に非常に価値が出てくる証拠写真を互いに保持しているという秘密の共有でも結ばれていたのです。」という意味になります。

At our graduation「私たちの卒業の時には」
we were bound by enormous affection, で「私たちは大きな愛によって結ばれていました」です。
be bound by ～ で「～で縛られている、結ばれている」です。
bound は bind「縛る、結びつける」の過去分詞形。
affection で「愛、愛情、好意」です。
さらに , by ～ で繋げていき、
(bound) by our shared experience of ～ で「～の共有体験によって」です。
(of) a time that could never come again, で「決して戻らない期間（の共有体験）」
, and, of course,「そして、もちろん、」
(bound) by the knowledge that ～「～という認識によって」
どんな「認識」かというと、
(that) we held certain photographic evidence で「私たちはある特定の写真的な証拠を握っている（という認識）」です。
that would be exceptionally valuable で「非常に価値が出てくるであろう（その証拠）」です。
exceptionally イク[セ]プショナリで「例外的に、並外れて、非常に」という意味の副詞です。
if any of us ran for Prime Minister. で「もしわれわれの誰かが首相に立候補するなら」です。
run for ～ で「～に立候補する」という意味の句動詞になります。
1980年代のイギリスの大学生ですので、どんな感じだったかはある程度の想像がつきますね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

卒業式で

we were bound by
私たちは～で固く結ばれていました

enormous affection,
大きな愛情で

by our shared experience of a time
また～な時期の共有経験によって

that could never come again,
二度と戻ることはない（時期）

and, of course,
そしてもちろん

that would be exceptionally valuable
非常に価値が出るであろう（証拠写真）

if any of us ran for Prime Minister.
