FML で「今日、近所の人が、私の留守中にうちの猫たちの世話をしていたと教えてくれた。猫たちを私の家に入れたり出してやったりも含めて。（しかし）私は猫を飼っていない。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。 neighbor は「近所の人、隣人」という意味の名詞です。 厳密にお隣でなくても、近くに住む人・ご近所さんを表します。 let me know that ～ で「～ということを教えてくれる、知らせる」という意味の言い回しです。 they've been taking care of my cats で「彼らがうちの猫たちを世話していた」です。 take care of ～ で「～の世話をする」です。 while I was away で「私の留守中に」です。 away は「離れている、いない、どこかに行っている」という状態を表します。 including letting them in and out of my house で「彼ら（猫たち）を私の家に入れてあげたり出してあげたりも含めて」です。 let は「～させてやる、～の状態になることを許す」という意味合いがあります。 復習： https://www.eigonou.net/backnumber/02965/
