Today, I was at my gynecologist’s for my checkup and had this sudden urge to poop – but it was my turn, so I just went ahead to meet the doc. The doctor noticed that I wanted to poop and also informed all the orderlies that, “This patient wants to pass stool now.” FML
で「今日、定期検診のため婦人科に行っていて私は突然の便意をもよおした。しかし自分の番が来てしまったので仕方なく診察室に向かった。便意を催していることを先生に見抜かれ『この患者は今、排便したがっている。』と病院の看護師さん全員に知らせてしまった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was at my gynecologist’s for my checkup で「私は婦人科に行っていた、定期検診のために」です。
gynecologist’s は gynecologist’s office の略です。
gynecologist ガイナ[コ]ロジストゥで「婦人科の医者」という意味になります。
カジュアルな場面では gyno [ガ]イノゥと言ったりもします。
ちなみに「産科医」は obstetrician です。
例：obstetrician and gynecologist「産婦人科医」
checkup で「健康診断、定期検診」です。
and ～「そして～」
had this sudden urge to poop で「”突然の便意”を催した」です。
have an urge to do ～ で「～したい衝動に駆られる」という意味のコロケーション。
ここでの this は「ほら、こんなふうな～、例の」という意味合いで、会話で話題の導入時に相手の興味を強く引きたい時に使われるものです。
a で代用可能ですがより強調した言い方になります。
例：There’s this cafe near my office that has amazing coffee.「会社の近くにある”カフェ”、すごくおいしいコーヒーを出すんだ。」
poop は名詞では「うんち」、動詞では「うんちをする」です。
but ～「でも～」
it was my turn, で「私の順番だった」です。
診察室に呼ばれる順番ですね。
, so ～「なので～」
I just went ahead to meet the doc. で「私はとりあえず先生に会いに診察に進んだ」です。
go ahead で「先に進む」です。

The doctor noticed that ～ で「先生は～だと気づいた」です。
(that) I wanted to poop で「私がうんちをしたい（ことを）」です。
and also「そしてまた～」
informed all the orderlies (that) ～「～だと全看護師たちに知らせた」です。
“This patient wants to pass stool now.” で「この患者は今、排便したがっている（と）」です。
pass stool は直訳すると「便を通す」です。
stool は医学用語で「ふん便、排泄物」という意味になります。
接続詞の that ～「～ということ」の後に ” “ で囲まれた直接話法が来てしまっていますが、これは基本的には誤用となります。
話し言葉やカジュアルな文章では、間違えて that と直接話法を一緒に使ってしまうことが見られることがあります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私は婦人科に行っていた

for my checkup
定期検診のために

and had this sudden urge to poop
すると”突然の便意”を催した

– but it was my turn,
しかし診察が私の番だった

so I just went ahead to meet the doc.

先生は～だと見抜いてしまい

私がトイレに行きたいことを
