We met in line for the bathroom in the Pfoho Belltower, and in what must be one of the all time romantic lines, I said: “I’m going to get kicked out in three days, so we need to go on a date quickly.” Actually, any of you graduating can use that line.

Priscilla was at that party with her friend. で「プリシラはそのパーティーに出席していた、友達と一緒に」です。

We met in line for the bathroom で「私たちはトイレ待ちの列で出会った」です。
in line for ～ で「～への列に並んで」という意味のコロケーション。
bathroom は「トイレ、お手洗い」です。
in the Pfoho Belltower, で「フォホ・ベルタワーの」です。
ベルタワースイートは、ハーバード大学の学生寮の中でパーティーが開かれる広間だそうです。
, and ～「そして」
in what must be one of the all time romantic lines, で「史上もっとロマンチックなセリフのひとつに違いないものの中で」です。
what must be ～ で「～であるに違いないもの」という意味の名詞句。
the all time ～「史上最も～な」という意味の言い回し。
romantic lines で「ロマンチックなセリフ」です。
line は「セリフ」という意味から、pickup line で「ナンパの口説き文句」という意味になります。
そして、ここでの in ～ は「～の言い回しで、～の言葉で」という意味になります。
例：in vague terms「あいまいな言い回しで」
I said:「私は言った」
I’m going to get kicked out in three days,「私は3日以内に大学を追い出されることになる」です。
get kicked out (of ～) で「～を追い出される、～を退学になる」です。
, so ～「だから～」
we need to go on a date quickly.「私たちはすぐにデートする必要がある」です。
go on a date で「デートをする、デートに行く」です。

Actually, 「実際のところ」
any of you graduating で「卒業しようとしてるみなさんの誰もが」
can use that line.「その口説き文句を使えますよ」です。

実際のところこの口説き文句、全然ロマンティックじゃないですよね。
これは自虐ジョーク（self-deprecating joke）で、
それを自分でも分かりながら、自慢したりみんなに勧めることで、笑いを取っているわけです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
