で「読みましょう。そうすれば書けるようになります。権力を文章にするには、まず自分には書く権利があると信じること、変化の“著者”になる権利があると信じることが必要です。あなたにはその権利があります。どんな文章を書く場合でも同じですが、自分を表現し、自分らしい声で堂々と述べる力を学ぶことです。」という意味になります。

Read「読みましょう」
so you may write. で「あなたが書けるように」です。
so that you may write とも言えます。
ここでの may は【可能・許可】よりも【目的】を表す少し文語的な使い方で「～できるように」という意味です。

To write power requires (that) ～ で「権力を書くことは、～ということ必要とする」
first「第一に、最初に」
(that) you believe (that) you have the right to write, で「あなたが～を信じること、自分には書く権利があることを」です。
, to be an author of change.「（また）変化の著者になる（権利）」です。
You do.「実際にあなたにはその権利があります。」です。
do は have the right to ～ の代動詞です。

As with any kind of writing, で「どんな種類の文章を書くことと同じように」です。
as with ～ で「～と同様に、～のように」です。
you learn to express yourself,「あなたは自分を表現することを学ぶ」
, speak up「（また）はっきりと述べることを」
in a voice that’s authentic.「本当の声で」です。
in a voice that ～ で「～な声で」
that is authentic. で「本当の（声）、正真正銘の（声）」です。
つまり本来の自分の声、誰かの真似ではない声、ということですね。
例：authentic food「本場の食べ物」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
