Anyone taking initiative will get criticized for moving too fast, because there’s always someone who wants to slow you down. In our society, we often don’t do big things because we’re so afraid of making mistakes that we ignore all the things wrong today if we do nothing. The reality is, anything we do will have issues in the future. But that can’t keep us from starting.

Anyone taking initiative が主語で「イニシアティブを取る人は誰でも」です。
take initiative で「イニシアチブをとる、率先して行動する」という意味のコロケーション。
initiative は「率先、主導権、先制」という意味の名詞です。
will get criticized for ～ で「～のことで批判を受けることになる」です。
get criticized で「批判を受ける、非難される」
for ～ は「～のことで、～のせいで」
(for) moving too fast,「はやく動きすぎる（ことで）」です。
ここでは「新しいことを始めるのが早すぎる、慎重さを欠いて拙速に進める」という意味になっています。
