で「2011年の初めに思いがけず2,000ポンドが手に入った。全額を使ってダークウェブでコカインを買うことに決めた。毎週末パーティーをして、ほぼ6か月もった。でも、その決済のために買う必要があったビットコインをもしそのまま持っていたとしたら、今では2億8,100万ポンドの価値になっていたはずだ。それを考えると今だに心が重くなってしまう。」という意味になります。

At the start of 2011 で「2011年の年初に」です。
I had a £2k windfall で「私は2000ポンドの臨時収入を得た」です。
£2k の k は1000を意味します。これはキロ (kilo) から来ています。
£（pound）[パ]ウンドゥで「イギリス・ポンド」を表します。
dollarと同様に可算名詞なので複数形になります。
ですのでここでは two thousand pounds と読みます。
windfall は「思いがけない収入、棚ボタ、臨時収入」という意味の名詞。
木の実が風で落ちる、というイメージから来ています。
and ～「そして～」
decided to spend it all on cocaine「その全額を、コカイン（の購入）に使うことに決めた」です。
it all で「そのすべてを」です。
spend ～ on … で「～を…に費やす」という意味のコロケーションです。
from the Dark Web.「ダークウェブからの（コカイン購入）」
ダークウェブとは、一般的なインターネット上のウェブサイトとは違い、匿名性が高い特殊なブラウザでしか接続できないもので「闇サイト」などとも呼ばれます。

I partied every weekend 「わたしは毎週末にパーティーをした」
and ～「そして～」
it lasted me almost 6 months.「それは約6カ月ももった」です。
last は「（切れずに）もつ」という意味で、
last me ～ で「私が使って～（期間）もつ」という意味になります。
例：This loaf of bread lasted me a whole week.「このパン一斤で一週間もった。」

But ～「だけど～」
if I’d just kept ～「もし私が～をもち続けていたとしたら」です。
I’d kept は過去完了形で I had kept の略。
(kept) the Bitcoin (that) I had to purchase「私が購入しなければならなかったビットコイン（を持ち続けていたら）」です。
to make the transaction, で「その決済をするために」です。
the transaction「その決済」はダークウェブでコカインを買うときの決済を指しています。
もしそうしていたら、
, today they’d be worth £281m.「今日で、そのビットコインは2億8,100万ポンドの価値になっていただろう」です。
they’d は they would の略。
they は「ビットコイン」を指しています。
£281m で「2億8100万ポンド」です。m は million（百万）を意味します。

Still haunts me.「それがいまだに私に取り付いている」です。
haunt は「幽霊などが憑りつく」ですが、ここでは「（悩みや後悔などが）頭から離れない」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
