で「私たちは、高学歴の人たちに失敗することは恥ではないということを教える必要がある。そして、彼らはあらゆる失敗を分析し、その原因を見つけなければならない。彼らは賢く失敗する方法を学ばなければならない。なぜなら、失敗することは世界で最も偉大な技の一つだからだ。」という意味になります。

We need to ～「～する必要がある」
(to) teach the highly educated man that ～「教養の高い人たちに、～ということを教える」です。
the highly educated man で「高学歴の人たち」です。
the highly educated man は特定の一人の意味ではなく、典型的な人物像を「代表」として単数形で表現しています。
例：The whale is the largest animal.「くじらは最も大きな動物だ。」

何を教えるのかというと、
(that) it is not a disgrace to fail で「失敗することは不名誉なことではない（ということを）」です。
it is ～ to do … の形で「…することは～である」です。
ここでの it は仮主語で to do ～ を受けています。
disgrace で「不名誉、不面目、恥辱」という意味の名詞。
dis-（否定）＋ grace「優美さ、品位」
and ～「また～」
that ～「～ということを」
(that) he must analyze every failure で「全ての失敗を分析せねばならない（と）」です。
he は先程の the highly educated man を指しています。
to find its cause.「その原因を探すために」

He must learn ～「～を学ばねばならない」
how to fail intelligently,「知的に失敗する方法を」です。
fail intelligently で「知的に失敗する、理性的に失敗する」です。
, for ～「なぜなら～、というのも～だから」です。
ここでの for は接続詞で「（その理由は）～だから」という意味になります。
failing is one of the greatest arts in the world.「失敗は世界でもっとも優れた能力だからだ。」です。
art は「技術、技」という意味から「優れた能力」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
