で「妻は僕が浮気しているんじゃないかと心配している。理由は僕が下の毛を整え始めたからだ。でも本当の理由は、ラグビーでサードチームからセカンドチームに昇格したからなんだ。セカンドチームの連中はみんな僕よりずっと若くて、たいていは全剃りしている。だから、シャワーのときに『毛むくじゃらのオッサンのブツ』って笑い者にされたくなかったんだ。」という意味になります。

Wife’s worried (that) ～ で「妻が～だと心配している」です。
Wife は My wife の砕けた言い方。
イギリス英語やカジュアルな会話では、所有格の my を省略して、単に Wife や Husband と言うことがよくあります。
missus「ミセス」などともいいます。日本語での「かみさん」に近い響きですかね。
(that) I’m having an affair で「私が浮気している（と）」です。
have an affair で「浮気をする、不倫する」です。
because ～「なぜなら～」
I’ve started trimming my pubes,「私が陰部の毛を整えだした（から）」です。
pubes [ピュ]ービーズで「陰毛」（pubic hair とも）
trim ～ は「～を刈り込んで整える」です。

, the real reason is ～「（でも）本当の理由は」
I’ve got promoted from the 3rds to the 2nds at rugby,「私がラグビーでサードチームからセカンドチームに昇進した（から）」です。
get promoted で「昇進する、昇格する」です。
they’re all much younger「彼らはみんなずっと若くて」
& ～「また～」
most shave everything,「彼らのほとんどが全てを剃っている」です。
most は most of them の意味。
shave ～ は「～を剃る」です。

, I don’t want them ～ing で「私は彼らに～されたくない」です。
want（人）to do … が文法的には正しいですが、want +（人）+ ～ing も砕けた口語ではよく使われます。
例：I don’t want you working too hard.「あなたにあまり無理してほしくない。」
何をして欲しくないのかというと、
(them) taking the piss out of ～ で「～を馬鹿にする、～をからかう」です。
take the piss out of ～ で「～をからかう、笑いものにする」という意味のイディオムです。
これは、朝の排尿前に起こる勃起（朝立ち）を指すスラング piss-proud「見かけ倒しの誇り」という意味の表現からの派生です。
つまり、おしっこを抜く（take the piss out of ～）と萎んでしまう→見せかけの誇りをしぼませる→笑いものにする
となったものだそうです。
何を笑いものにするのかというと、
(of) my hairy old man todger で「私の毛むくじゃらのおっさんのペニス」です。です。
todger はイギリス英語での「ペニス、男根」です。
in the showers.「シャワー室の中で」です。
the showers と複数形で「シャワー室」となります。
例：send ～ to the showers「（選手を）～をシャワー室に行かせる、～を降板させる」
