Now,「さて」
an entrepreneurial culture thrives when ～ で「起業家的文化が繁栄するのは～するときです。」です。
entrepreneurial アントゥレプリ[ナァ]リォで「起業家精神にあふれた」という意味の形容詞。
thrive スライヴで「繁栄する、栄える、のびのび育つ」です。
どんな時に繁栄するのかというと、
(when) it’s easy to try lots of new ideas. で「たくさんの新しアイデアを試すのが容易な（とき）」です。
it is ～ to do … で「…することが～である」という意味の言い回し。
この it は仮主語で to do ～ が代入されます。

Facebook wasn’t the first thing (that) I built. で「フェイスブックは私が立ち上げた最初のものではありませんでした。」です。
ここでの build は「（ウェブサービスなどを）立ち上げる」という意味合い。

I also built ～「私はまた～も立ち上げた」
games, chat systems, study tools and music players.「チャットシステムや、勉強ツールや音楽プレーヤーなども」

I’m not alone.「わたしだけではありません。」

JK Rowling got rejected 12 times before ～「JKローリングは12回も拒絶された、～する前に」
JK Rowling はハリーポッターの作者ですね。
(before) publishing Harry Potter.「ハリーポッターを出版する前に」

Even Beyonce「ビヨンセでさえも」
had to make hundreds of songs「何百もの曲を作らなければならなかった」
to get Halo.「Haloに行きつくまでに」です。
Halo はビヨンセの代表曲ですね。

The greatest successes come from ～「偉大な成功は～から来る」です。
(from) having the freedom to fail.「失敗する自由を持つこと（から）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
