I’m a woman, but I have the ability to deepen my voice to imitate a convincing “hard” man. I use this to deter pathetic boys bothering me at the club, bar, etc by saying “I’m a man, baby,” in my fake man voice. 95% of the time it sends them scampering away.
で「私は女性だけど、声を低くして “強そうな男” をうまく真似できる。それを使って、クラブやバーでしつこくしてくる情けない男たちを撃退してる。『俺は男だぜ、ベイビー』って作り声で言うと、たいてい95％は逃げていく。」という意味になります。

I’m a woman, but ～「私は女性だけど～」
I have the ability to ～「～する能力がある」
to deepen my voice「自分の声を深く（低く）する能力」です。
lower the pitch of my voice とも言えます。
※ lower my voice だと「声の音量を下げる」という意味になってしまいますので注意しましょう。
to imitate ～「～を真似るように」です。
何を真似るのかというと、
a convincing “hard” man.「それらしいイカつい男」です。
hard man は「強い男、怖い男、けんかっぱやい男」というニュアンス。
反対は soft man で「優しい男、穏やかな男性、弱腰な男」です。
convincing は「説得力のある、信憑性のある」という意味の形容詞です。

I use this「私はこの能力を使っている」
to deter ～「～を抑止するために」
pathetic boys「哀れな男たちを」
bothering me「わたしを煩わせる（男たちを）」です。
pathetic パ[セ]ティクは「哀れな、みじめったらしい、情けない」です。
at the club, bar, etc「クラブやバーなどで」
by saying ～「～ということで」
“I’m a man, baby,” 「俺は男だぜ、ベイビー」
in my fake man voice.「わたしの作った男声で」です。
fake フェイクは「偽の、フェイクの」

95% of the time「95%の場合は」です。
all of the time の all を95%に変えた形。
it sends them scampering away.「それは、彼らを、そそくさと逃げさせる。」です。
send はここでは make などと同じ使役用法です。
send ～ …ing で「～を…させる」です。
例：His smile sent my heart racing.「彼の笑顔で私の胸は高鳴った。」
make や causeと似ていますが、send には「急にその状態へ動かす」というニュアンスがあります。
scamper は「（小動物や子どもなどが）小走りに走る」という意味の動詞。少しコミカルなニュアンスがあります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
