Let’s face it. There is something wrong with our system when I can leave here and make billions of dollars in 10 years while millions of students can’t afford to pay off their loans, let alone start a business.

Let’s face it. There is something wrong with our system when I can leave here and make billions of dollars in 10 years while millions of students can’t afford to pay off their loans, let alone start a business.
で「率直に言いましょう。私がここ（ハーバード）を出て10年で数十億ドルを稼げる一方で、何百万人もの学生たちが自分の借金を返すことすらできず、ましてやビジネスを始める余裕などないというのは、私たちの社会の仕組みにどこかおかしいところがあるということです。」という意味になります。

Let’s face it. は「現実を見詰めよう／率直に言おう」といった意味の決まり文句ですね。
厳しい現実にしっかり正面から対応しよう、という意味合いですね。

There is something wrong with ～ で「～におかしいところがある、～に不具合がある」です。
with our system で「我々の社会システムに」です。
when ～ はここでは「～する場合は、～ならば」と if に近い意味合いで使われています。
I can leave here and make billions of dollars in 10 years で「私ができる（なら）、ここを出て10年で数十億ドルを稼げる」です。
leave here の here はハーバード大学のことですね。
while ～「（私が稼げる）その一方で～」
millions of students「数百万人の学生たちが」
can’t afford to pay off their loans, で「自分のローンを返済する余裕がない（なら）」です。
can afford to do ～ で「～する余裕がある」
pay off ～ で「～を完済する、清算する」
loans はここでは教育ローンのことですね。
, let alone start a business.「ましてや、事業をスタートするなんて」です。
let alone ～ は「～はもちろん、～は言うまでもなく、まして～なんて」という意味の言い回し。
例：He can’t read, let alone write.「彼は書くことどころか読むこともできない。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
