to test this,「これをテストするために」
I found an MRI lab で「私はMRI研究所を見つけた」です。
MRI は磁気共鳴断層撮影装置（magnetic resonance imager）のことです。
全身をスキャンする医療装置のこと。
that ～「（その研究所は）」
actually let me scan ～「実際に私に～をスキャンさせてくれた」
(scan) both my brain and the brain of ～「私の脳と～の脳の両方を（スキャンさせてくれた）」です。
(the brain of) a proven non-procrastinator,「確実に先延ばしをしない人（の脳）」
proven プルーヴンは「実証済みの、証明された」という意味の形容詞。
動詞形は prove ～「～を証明する」です。
, so ～「～できるように」
I could compare them. で「私がそれらを比較できる（ように）」です。
them は、私の脳と、先延ばししない人の脳のことを指しています。

I actually brought them here「わたしは実際に、それらをここに持ってきました」です。
to show you today.「皆さんに今日お見せするために」です。
こちらの them は、それぞれの脳をスキャンした画像のことですね。

I want you to take a look carefully で「皆さんに注意深く見ていただきたい」
want 人 to do ～ で「（人）に～して欲しい」という意味になります。
take a look で「ちょっと見てみる」という意味合いのコロケーション。
to see if ～「～かどうかを確かめるために」
(if) you can notice a difference.「皆さんが違いに気づける（かどうか）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
