And as technology keeps changing, we need to focus more on continuous education throughout our lives. And yes, giving everyone the freedom to pursue purpose isn’t free. People like me should pay for it. Many of you will do well and you should too.

で「そして、技術が絶えず変化し続けるなかで、私たちは一生を通じた継続的な教育に、もっと力を入れる必要があります。そう、誰もが自分の目的を追求する自由を持てるようにするには、タダでは済みません。私のような者がその費用を負担すべきなのです。皆さんの中にも成功する人が多くいるはずで、そうした人たちも同じように負担するべきなのです。」という意味になります。

And ～「そして～」
as technology keeps changing,「技術が変化し続ける中で、」
接続詞 as ～ は【同時進行】の意味合いです。
we need to focus more on ～「私たちは～により重きを置く必要がある」です。
focus on ～ で「～に焦点を当てる、～を重視する」
focus more on ～ で「～により重点を置く」です。
前回出てきた focus less on ～ の反対ですね。
(on) continuous education で「継続的な教育（に）」
throughout our lives. で「一生を通じての（継続教育）」です。
throughout ～ で「～の最初から終わりまで」という意味の前置詞。

And yes, ～「また～、」
giving everyone the freedom to pursue purpose で「すべての人に目的を追い求める自由を与えること」です。
isn’t free. で「ただではない、お金がかかる」です。

People like me「私のような人は」
should pay for it.「それの支払いをすべきだ」です。
People like me とはマーク・ザッカーバーグのように成功してお金のある人、ということですね。
pay for ～ で「～の代金を支払う」という意味のコロケーション。
Many of you will do well で「皆さんの多くが将来うまくいくでしょう」です。
do well で「うまくやる、成功する」です。
and you should too.「だから、皆さんもそうすべきです。」です。
ここでの you は、スピーチの聴衆であるハーバード大学の卒業生ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
