で「人身売買が行われる主な理由は二つある。ひとつは性的搾取で、主に女性や少女が標的にされる。もうひとつは強制労働で、男性が鉱山や農場、工場などへと誘い込まれ、逃れられなくなる。状況は極めて厳しい。南北アメリカ全体で、推計360万人がこうした状況に陥っている。被害者が見つかることはほとんどなく、正義が実現することも稀である。」という意味になります。
Humans are trafficked で「人間は人身売買される」です。
human で「人間、人」です。
traffic ～ で「～を不正取引する」という意味の動詞。
例：human trafficking「人身売買」
このように -c で終わる動詞が過去形や進行形に変化するとき音を合わせるために -ck に変化する場合あります。
例：panic → panicked, panicking picnic → picnicked, picnicking
for two main reasons: で「主に２つの理由で」です。
コロン（:）で「それはつまり～」
sexual exploitation, mostly of women and girls; で「性的搾取、主に女性や少女たち」です。
exploitation で「搾取、食い物にすること」です。
; and ～「そして～」
forced labour,「強制労働」です。
which ensnares men in ～「（それは）男性を騙して～に誘い込む」です。
ensnare ～ in … で「～を罠にかけて…に陥れる」です。
(in) mines, farms and factories.
mine は「鉱山、採掘坑」という意味の名詞。
例：coal mine「炭鉱」、goldmine「金鉱、金山」
farm は「農場、農園」
The outlook is bleak.「見通しは暗い。」です。
outlook で「見通し、将来の展望、景色、見晴らし」
bleak は「（天候などが）寒くて暗い、どんよりした、寒々とした」という意味の形容詞。
Across the Americas で「南北アメリカ全体で」です。
the Americas と複数形で「南北アメリカ、アメリカ大陸」という意味になります。
アメリカ合衆国だけでなく、カナダ、中南米も含まれます。
an estimated 3.6m people are caught in ～ で「推定360万人が～に捕まっている」です。
caught は catch の過去・過去分詞形で「捕えられて」です。
in such situations. で「このような状況に」です。
Victims are seldom found; で「被害者たちはめったに見つからない。」
seldom は「めったに～しない」と否定の意味になります。
justice is rare. で「正義（が下されるの）はまれだ」です。
justice は「正義」という意味から「法の裁き」という意味もあります。
例：fair justice「公正な裁判」
つまり、犯罪が明るみになって法の裁きを受けることもあまりない、ということですね。
