で「ドバイで飛行機を降りるのを待っていたとき、前にいた女性の肩を軽く叩いた。すると彼女は、ものすごい勢いで私を怒鳴りつけてきた。私は、彼女がパスポートを落としたことを伝えようとしていただけだった。結局、何も言わずに黙っていた。それから2時間後、同じ乗り継ぎゲートで、彼女はパスポートを持っていなかったため通過できなかった。」という意味になります。

get off the plane で「飛行機から降りる」という意味のコロケーション。
本文では the が付いてないですが、ある方が自然です。
I touched the lady in front で「私は前にいた女性に触れた」です。
the lady in front (of me) で「私の前にいた女性」
on the shoulder. で「肩に（触れた）」です。
She gave me a right mouthful. で「彼女は私に、ものすごい勢いで怒鳴りつけた」です。
give ～ a mouthful で「～を怒鳴りつける、きつい言葉を浴びせる」という意味の言い回し。
mouthful は見た目形容詞っぽいですが、実は名詞で「口いっぱい」という意味合い。
「口いっぱいに詰まった言葉」が転じて、比喩的に「強烈な一言」「きつい言葉の塊」となります。
文脈によっては「的を得た言葉」という意味になることもあります。
例：You said a mouthful.「よくぞ言ってくれた。／核心を突いたね。」
right はここでは「正しい」ではなく、強調の意味で「相当に、非常に」という意味になっています。
特にイギリス英語でよく使われます。
right = really / very / bloody のイメージです。
例：a right mess「ひどい惨状」
I was trying to tell her (that) ～「私は彼女に～だと伝えようとしていた。」
(that) she’d dropped her passport. で「彼女がパスポートを落としていた（ことを）」です。
she’d は she had の省略。
I kept quiet.「私は黙っていた。」
言い返さず黙ってやり過ごした、ということですね。
2 hours later「二時間後」
at same connecting gate「同じ乗り継ぎゲートで」
they wouldn’t let her through で「彼らは彼女を通過させなかった」です。
they は空港職員を指しています。
let ～ through で「～を通過させる」
as ～「～なので」
she didn’t have her passport.「彼女がパスポートを持っていなかった（ので）」
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
