妊娠している人のためにその友人や親戚の者が開くパーティー（必要なベビー用品を贈るのが目的）

で「ここ5年間、私は毎月その子たちと一緒に夕食を取ってきました。そのうちの一人は、私とプリシラのために、最初のベビーシャワーを開いてくれました。そして来年、彼らは大学に進学します。全員です。しかも、家族で初めての大学進学です。」という意味になります。

For five years now, で「もう5年間も」です。
I’ve been having dinner with those kids every month. で「毎月、私はその子供たちと一緒に夕食を一緒に食べてきた。」
現在完了進行形 have been ～ing は「ずっと〜し続けている」と継続を強調したいときに使います。

One of them で「彼らのうちの一人は」
threw me and Priscilla our first baby shower. で「私とプリシラに、私たちの最初のベイビーシャワーを開いてくれた」です。
threw は throw の過去形。throw ～ a party で「～のためにパーティーを開く」です。
me and Priscilla「私とプリシラに」
our first baby shower で「私たちの最初のベイビーシャワーを」です。
baby shower は「出産前パーティー」です。
妊娠している人のためにその友人や親戚の者が開くパーティーで、必要なベビー用品を贈るのが目的です。

And ～「また～」
next year「来年には」
they’re going to college.「彼らは大学に行くことになっている。」

Every one of them.「彼ら全員がだ。」

First in their families.「彼らの家族の中で初めてのことだ。」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
