で「このクリスマス、私は親戚一同（大家族）のために料理して、掃除して、あちこち走り回って世話をしてきた。一方うちの相方は、難しい1000ピースのジグソーパズルを座ってやってただけ。ほかは何もしてない。残念なことに、最後まで完成させた時に気づくだろうけど――それ、もう999ピースになってるから。私が1ピース食べちゃったから。腹いせに。」という意味になります。

This Christmas「このクリスマスに」
I’ve cooked, cleaned and run around after our entire extended family. で「私は親戚一同のために料理して、掃除して、あちこち走り回って世話をしてきた」です。
cooked「料理をして」
cleaned「掃除をして」
run around after ～ で「あちこち走り回って～の世話をする」です。
(after) our entire extended family. で「家の親戚一同（を世話して）」です。
extended family は「拡大家族」で、親戚やいとこを合わせた家族を意味します。
西洋のクリスマスは親戚一同が集まる日でもあります。日本の正月と同じ感覚ですね。

My other half has done fuck all, で「私の片割れは全く何もしていない」です。
my other half は「私の相方、片割れ、つれ」という意味で、配偶者／伴侶を指します。
do fuck all で「全く何もしない」という意味の言い回しです。
fuck all は nothing と同じ意味で do nothing「何もしない」となります。
fuck は非常に下品で強い言葉で、これを使うことで、語り手の「マジで何もしてねえなコイツ」という強い苛立ちが強調されています。
, except ～「～以外は」
(except) sit and complete a very tricky 1000 piece jigsaw. で「座ってとても難しい1000ピースのジグソーパズルを完成させる（以外は）」

Unfortunately「不幸にも、残念ながら、あいにく」という意味の副詞。
when they get to the end, で「相方が最後まで到達するとき」です。
they は先程の my other half「相方／片割れ」を指しています。
このように性別が不明・あえて明示の必要がない場合は they で受けます。
これは singular they（単数の they） と呼ばれて、今の英語ではごく普通に使われます。
they’ll find (that) ～「相方は～だと気付くだろう」
it’s now a 999 piece jigsaw. で「それはもはや999ピースのジグソーである（ことに）」

I ate a piece in spite で「わたしが腹いせに1ピース食べた（から）」です。
in spite は「腹いせに、面当てに」という意味です。
out of spite とも言えます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

このクリスマス

I’ve cooked, cleaned and
わたしは料理して掃除して

run around after
～の世話で走り回った

our entire extended family.
親族一同（の世話で）

My other half
私の相方は
