from ～ , to … で「～から…まで」という意味の言い回しです。

speed teeth brushing は「スピード歯磨き」です。
teeth は tooth の複数形ですね。

scalpel-free face-slimming jobs で「メス要らずの顔やせ美容整形」です。
scalpel は「外科用メス」のことです。
scalpel-free なので「メスが必要ない、メス要らずの」という意味になります。
-free は「～がない、～いらずの」という意味になります。
