で「その味わいは、なんというか深く、大きなインパクトはないけど、ちょっと不思議な感じを受ける。そして最後には、本当に本当においしいとわかる。」という意味になります。

The flavor is something deep で「その味わいは、何か深いもので」という意味になります。
something 形容詞 という形で、「何か～なもの」という意味になります。
例：something new「何か新しいもの」
主語 + is something ～ という形は、話し言葉でとてもよく使われる形です。
日本語で言うと「それは、なんと言うか・・・・・」というニュアンスの言い回しですね。

doesn’t have a huge impact で「大きなインパクトはない」です。
huge impact で「大きな衝撃、大きな影響」です。
huge は「巨大な、莫大な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：huge amount of money「巨額のお金」

but it does give you a slightly mysterious feeling で「しかしそれはあなたにわずかに不思議な感じを与える」です。
slightly mysterious で「ちょっと不思議な」です。
slightly は「わずかに、ほんのちょっと、かすかに」という意味の副詞です。
形容詞形は、slight スライトゥで「わずかな、少量の」です。
例：slight breeze「かすかな風、微風」

finally you understand it, and it is really, really tasty で「最後には、それが本当に本当においしいと分かる」です。
finally は「最後には、ついには」です。
例：He finally acknowledged his fault.「彼は最後には自分の罪を認めた」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

深く

どこか～なものだ

doesn’t have a huge impact,
大きな衝撃はない

but
でも

それはちょっと不思議な感覚を与える
