アヒルを見て歩いてたら。。

Today, on the way to class, I got distracted while watching some ducks and walked face-first into a concrete pole. I ended up with a black eye and three stitches. Even the nurse laughed. FML
で「今日、授業に向かう途中で、アヒルを見ていて注意が散漫になってしまい、コンクリートの柱に顔から歩いて突っ込んだ。目の周りの青タンと3針縫う怪我をしてしまった。看護師にさえ笑われた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

on the way to class, で「授業に行く途中」です。

I got distracted で「注意が散漫になっていた」です。
get distracted で「注意が散漫になる、気が散る」です。
distract は「気を散らす、人の集中を邪魔する」です。
例：Don’t distract me.「邪魔しないで、話しかけないで。」

while watching some ducks で「何匹かのアヒルを見ていて」です。
while は「～しながら、～していて」という意味の接続詞です。
接続詞ですが、今回のように、while ～ing という形でもよく使われます。

walked face-first into a concrete pole で「コンクリートの柱に顔から歩いて突っ込んだ」です。
face-first で「顔から先に」という意味の副詞です。
walk into ～ は「～に歩いて入る」という意味もありますが、「～に衝突する」という意味でも使われます。
例：walk into a glass door「ガラスのドアに衝突する」

I ended up with a black eye and three stitches. で「目の周りの青タンと3針縫う怪我をしてしまった。」です。
end up は「結局～となる、結果として～になってしまう」という意味の句動詞です。
例：end up having a lot of debt「多額の負債を抱えることになる」
今回は、end up with ～ で「～を得ることになってしまう」です。
ended up with a black eye なので「目の青タンを作ってしまう」です。
black eye で「青タン、目の周りが黒くなるあざ」です。よくケンカして殴られたときにできるあれですね。
three stitches は「3針」なので「三針縫う怪我」ということです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
