A lot of people ask me, how did I make these? A lot of times it’s because the person who asked the question wants to make an app also.
で「多くの人が僕に尋ねます。これどうやって作ったの？と。多くの場合、その質問をする人たちは自分もアプリを作りたかったからです。」という意味になります。

A lot of people ask me, で「たくさんの人が僕に尋ねる」です。

なんと尋ねるかというと、
how did I make these? で「どうやって（僕が）作ったの？」とです。
these とは these apps のことですね。

A lot of times で「しょっちゅう、何度も」です。

it’s because ～ で「それは～だから」です。
理由を述べたいときに便利な言いだし表現ですね。

the person who asked the question wants to make an app also. で「その質問をした人もアプリを作りたい（から）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

僕に聞きます

how did I make these?
これらをどうやって作ったの？と

A lot of times
多くの場合は

it’s because
それは～だからです

the person who asked the question
その質問をする人は
