Your competition is not other people but ～ で「あなたの競争相手は、他の人々ではなく～だ」です。
competition コンペ[ティ]ションで「競争、競技会」という意味もありますが、ここでは「競争相手」という意味になります。
not ～ but … で「～ではなく…だ」という意味の言い回し。
other people は「自分以外の人々、他人」です。
そうではなくて、
the time you kill, で「あなたが無駄にしたその時間」です。
the time (that) you kill で「その時間、あなたがつぶした」です。
kill time で「時間をつぶす」という意味のコロケーション。
カンマ（,）でさらに列挙して、
the ill will you create, で「あなたが作り出した悪意」
ill will で「悪意」となります。ここでの will は「意志」という意味の名詞です。
例：Where is a will, there is a way. 「意志あるところに道あり」
the knowledge you neglect to learn, で「あなたが学ぶことを怠る知識」
the connections you fail to build, で「あなたが構築に失敗する人間関係」
the health you sacrifice along the path, で「あなたが途中で犠牲にする健康」
along the path は「途中で、道の途中で」という意味のコロケーションです。
your inability to generate ideas, で「あなたの無能さ、アイデアを出せ（ない無能さ）」
the people around you who ～ で「～する、あなたのまわりの人々」です。
who don’t support and love your efforts, で「あなたの努力を支えたり愛したりしない（人々）」です。 and ～「そして（最後に）」
whatever god you curse for your bad luck. で「（どんな神様であれ）あなたが自分の不運で呪った神」です。
whatever god は「（どんな神様であれ）あらゆる神」という意味合いです。
つまり「いずれの宗教でも」という意味合いですね。
whatever は「なんでも、どんな～でも」という意味を表します。
例：whatever danger lies ahead 「どんな危険が先に待ち受けていようとも」
curse the god for ～ で「～のことで神を呪う、神を責める」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
