で「そのマシン（Switch2）は、前モデルとほとんど変わらない見た目をしている。プラスチック外装の下も、特に目新しいものはなく、アナリストによるとそのゲーム機が搭載する処理能力は、11年以上も前のソニーPS4とほとんど同じくらいだと予想される。」という意味になります。

The machine looks much like its predecessor. で「そのマシンは、前モデルと見た目がほとんど変わらない」です。
The machine とは記事中で前述されている Nintendo Switch2 を指しています。
look like ～ で「～のように見える、～に似ている」です。
(look) much like ～ なので「～によく似ている」です。
its predecessor で「その先任者」で、つまりそのマシンの「前モデル、先行モデル」ということ。
predecessor プ[レ]デセサァで「前任者、先任者」という意味になります。

Under the plastic casing で「そのプラスチック外装の下」
things are no more exciting で「（物事は）同様にエキサイティングではない」です。
exciting は「ワクワクさせるような」という意味の形容詞。
no more ～ で「（…と同様に）～ではない」という意味です。
クジラ構文でおなじみの言い回しですね。
ここでは (than its looks is) 「その見た目が（そうでないのと同じくらい）」と、補えそうです。

コロン（:）で「つまり～」
analysts expect ～ で「アナリストたちは～と予想している」
(expect) the console to pack ～ で「そのゲーム機が～を搭載すると（予想している）」です。
console は「ゲーム機本体」という意味の名詞。
pack ～ はここでは動詞で「～をパッケージに収める、搭載する」です。
(pack) about as much processing punch as ～ で「～とほぼ同等の処理能力（を搭載する）」です。
as ～ as … で「…と同じくらい～」という意味。
processing punch で「処理能力」です。punch は「パンチ力」です。processing ability とも言えます。
about ～ はここでは「約、およそ、大体」という意味の副詞で、much を修飾しています。
(as) Sony’s PlayStation 4, で「ソニーのプレステ4（と同等）」です。
, which is more than 11 years old. で「それは11歳以上である（11年以上前に発売された）」です。
直前の Sony’s PlayStation 4 を補足的に説明する関係代名詞節となります。
