What about your first lecture at Harvard? Mine was Computer Science 121 with the incredible Harry Lewis. I was late so I threw on a t-shirt and didn’t realize until afterwards it was inside out and backwards with my tag sticking out the front.

で「みなさんのハーバードでの最初の講義はどうでしたか？ 私の最初の講義は、素晴らしいハリー・ルイス教授のコンピューターサイエンス121でした。遅刻してしまって急いでTシャツを着たのですが、後になって、それが裏返しで前後も逆になっていて、タグが前に飛び出ていたことに気づきました。」という意味になります。

What about your first lecture at Harvard? で「みなさんのハーバードでの最初の講義はどうでしたか？」です。
What about ～? で「～はどう？」「〜はどうするの？」「〜はどうなるの？」

Mine was Computer Science 121 with the incredible Harry Lewis. で「私のは素晴らしいハリー・ルイス教授のコンピューターサイエンス121でした。」です。
mine は my first lecture を指しています。
the incredible Harry Lewis で「かの尊敬すべきHarry Lewis氏」となります。
このように人名に the が付く場合は「あの有名な～」という意味合いとなります。

I was late 「私は遅れていた、遅刻していた」
so ～「だから～」
I threw on a t-shirt で「私はTシャツを急いで着て」です。
throw on ～ で「～をさっと着る、急いで着る」という意味の句動詞です。
and didn’t realize ～「それで～に気が付かなかった」
until afterwards「後になるまで」
(that) it was inside out and backwards で「それが裏表逆で前後逆である（こと）」
it は t-shirt を指しています。
inside out で「裏表逆で」という意味。
backwards で「前後が逆」という意味になります。
with my tag sticking out the front. で「タグが前方に突き出た状態で」です。
with ～ …ing で「～が…している状態で」
with を伴う付帯状況の分詞構文になっています。

stick out the front は、正しくは stick out (of) the front ですが、話し言葉で of が省略された形です。
