Mark Zuckerberg のハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチ（2017年）です。
I couldn’t figure out why no one would talk to me – except one guy, KX Jin, he just went with it. We ended up doing our problem sets together, and now he runs a big part of Facebook. And that, Class of 2017, is why you should be nice to people.

で「なんで誰も僕に話しかけてこないのかわかりませんでした。ある一人を除いて。KXジンという男は全くそれを気になかったのです。僕たちは一緒に課題を解くようになり、今では彼はFacebookの重要な部門を担っています。2017年卒業生の皆さん。だから人には親切にしておくべきだよ。」という意味になります。

I couldn’t figure out why ～ で「私はなぜ～なのか分からなかった」です。
figure out ～ で「～を解明する、合点がいく」です。
(why) no one would talk to me で「（なぜ）だれも私に話しかけようとしないのか」です。
except one guy, KX Jin, で「KX Jinという一人の男を除いて」です。
he just went with it. で「彼はただそれに無頓着だった」です。
go with it で「流れに任せる」という意味のコロケーションです。
it はここではマークザッカーバーグがTシャツを裏表前後逆に着ていたこと、を指しています。
We ended up ～ing で「私たちは最後には～することになった」
doing our problem sets together, で「私たちの課題演習を一緒にやる（ことになった）」
and ～「そして～」
now he runs a big part of Facebook. で「彼は今Facebookの重要な部分を担っている」です。
run ～ で「（事業などを）運営する、管理する、指揮する」です。
例：run a creative department「制作部門を指揮する」
And ～「そして～」
that, Class of 2017, is why ～ で「2017年卒業生の皆さん、それこそが～の理由です」です。
that’s why ～ で「それが～の理由だ、だから～なのだ」です。
(why) you should be nice to people. で「あなたが人にやさしくすべき（理由）」です。
