So growth mindset is a great idea for building grit. But we need more. And that’s where I’m going to end my remarks, because that’s where we are. That’s the work that stands before us.
で「ですので成長マインドセットは『やり抜く力（グリット）』を育むための素晴らしい考え方です。しかし、それだけでは不十分です。そしてここで私の話を締めくくりたいと思います。なぜなら、私たちはまさにその地点にいるからです。それこそが、私たちの前に立ちはだかる課題です。」という意味になります。

So「ですので、つまり」
growth mindset is a great idea「成長マインドセットは素晴らしい考え方です。」
for building grit.「グリットを育てるのに」です。
習慣などを「身につける」という意味で build が使えます。
例：build a good habit「良い習慣を身につける」

But「しかし」
we need more.「私たちはより多くを必要としている。」
それだけでは足りない、ということですね。

And「そして」
that’s where I’m going to end my remarks,「それが、私が話を締めくくるところです。」
end one’s remarks で「話を締めくくる」という意味のコロケーション。

because that’s where we are.「なぜならそれが私たちが今いる場所だから」です。
つまり研究が進んでいるのはここまでだ、ということですね。

That’s the work that stands before us.「それが仕事だ、私たちの前に立ちはだかる」です。
before us. の before は時間ではなく場所の意味で「～の前に」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

やり抜く力（グリット）を育てるのには

しかし

それだけでは足りません
