Today, I found out the unionized cleaning people that empty the garbage and clean the toilets make $19/hr and have more paid time off than I do with my college degree. FML
で「今日、知ったんだけど、ゴミを回収したりトイレ掃除をしている労働組合所属の清掃員たちは、時給19ドルももらっていて、大学の学位を持ってる自分より有給休暇も多いんだ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I found out (that) ～ で「私は～ということに気付いた」です。
find out ～ で「～を発見する、～だと分かる」です。
that節に入って、
the unionized cleaning people that empty the garbage and clean the toilets までが主語。
the unionized cleaning people で「労働組合に入った清掃員たち」です。
cleaning people で「清掃員たち、掃除する人たち」です。
unionize [ユ]ーニォナイズで「～を労働組合に加入させる」です。
union [ユ]ーニォンで「労働組合」です。labor union とも言えます。
(cleaning people) that empty the garbage and clean the toilets で「ゴミを回収したりトイレを清掃したりする（清掃員たち）」です。
empty はここでは動詞で「～を空にする」です。
garbage [ガ]ービジはアメリカ英語で「（家庭から出る）ゴミ」です。
garbage が「生ごみなどの湿ったゴミ」に対して、trash は「紙くずなど乾いたゴミ」のイメージです。
イギリス英語では rubbish が使われます。
例：Take out the garbage, please.「ゴミを出しといてね。」
make $19/hr で「1時間で19ドルを稼ぐ」です。
ここでの make は「お金を稼ぎだす」という意味になります。
例：He made a fortune.「彼は大金を稼いだ。」
$19/hr は $19 per hour ( or $19 an hour) とも書けます。
and ～「そして～」
have more paid time off (than ～) で「～より多くの有給休暇がある」です。
paid time off で「有給休暇」
time off で「休暇」です。day off とも言えます。
time off は基本的に不可算名詞（uncountable noun）なので、通常は複数形にはできません。
複数形にしたい場合は days off が使えます。
例：I’m taking some paid time off next week.「来週、有給休暇を取ります。」
(than) I do で「私が持っているよりも」です。
ここでの do は前に出てきた have を指しています。
with my college degree.「大学の学位を持った（自分よりも）」です。
