で「ときどき、ある本を読むと、不思議なほどの伝道者のような熱意で満たされてしまい、この壊れた世界は、すべての生きている人間がこの本を読まない限り、決して元に戻らないと本気で思い込んでしまうことがある。」という意味になります。

Sometimes, 「ときどき」
you read a book and ～「ある本を読んで～」
it fills you with ～ で「それがあなたを～で満たす」です。
fill ～ with … で「～を…で満たす」という意味のコロケーション。
何で満たされるのかというと、
(with) this weird evangelical zeal, で「不思議なほどの伝道者のような熱意」です。
this はイメージ共有の this で「ほあ、あの～」という意味合い。
weird は「奇妙な、変わった、おかしな」という意味の形容詞です。
evangelical zeal で「布教活動したくなるような熱意」です。
evangelical イヴァン[ジェ]リカォは「福音書の、福音主義の」という意味の形容詞です。
キリスト教で、聖書を神の言葉であると認める伝統的なプロテスタントの教派です。
そこから「布教活動に熱心な」という意味になります。
zeal は「熱意」という意味の名詞。

you become convinced that ～ で「～ということを確信してしまう」です。
be convinced で「確信している」です。
become convinced で「確信する」となります。
何を確信してしまうかというと、
(that) the shattered world will never be put back together で「この壊れた世界は二度と元には戻らない（と）」です。
the shattered world で「粉々に壊れた世界」
put ～ together で「～をまとめる、～を一つにする」
put ～ back together で「（壊れたものを）～を元に戻す」です。
unless and until ～ は「～しない限りそして～するまではずっと」という意味の一種の強調表現です。
all living humans read the book. で「すべての生きている人間がその本を読ま（ない限り読むまでは）」です。
