で「今日は、誰もが目的意識を持てる世界をつくるための3つの方法について話したいと思います。それは、皆で大きな意味のあるプロジェクトに取り組むこと、平等の定義を見直し、誰もが目的を追求する自由を持てるようにすること、世界中にコミュニティを築くこと、の3つです。」という意味になります。

Today I want to talk about ～「今日私は～について話したいと思います。」
(about) three ways to create a world (where) ～「～な世界を創る３つの方法（について）」
どんな世界かというと、
(where) everyone has a sense of purpose:「みんなが目的意識を持つ（世界）」です。

コロン（:）で繋げて「その3つとは～である」と、それが実際に何かを説明します。
by ～ing で「～することによって」
(by) taking on big meaningful projects together,「一緒に大きな有意義なプロジェクトを引き受ける（ことによって）」です。
take on ～ で「（仕事や任務などを）～を引き受ける」
２つ目が、
, by redefining equality「平等を再定義することによって」です。
redefine で「～を再定義する、～の意味を見直す」です。
re-（再び）＋ define「定義する、意味を明らかにする」
so ～「～なように、～するように」
everyone has the freedom to pursue purpose,「誰もが目的を追い求める自由が得られる（ように）」
３つ目が、and ～
by building community across the world.「世界中にコミュニティを作ることによって」です。
コロケーションとして community の場合は make ではなく、build や create などが使われます。
community はここでは可算名詞ではなく、集合名詞的に「人々の繋がり、共同体の感覚、一体感」という意味合いです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
