We are travelers on a cosmic journey, で「私たちは宇宙の旅路を行く旅人だ」です。
on a journey で「旅行中で」という意味のコロケーション。
journey は「長い旅」という意味です。
, stardust「星くず、宇宙の塵」です。
つまり traveler であり stardust だ、ということです。
stardust は「ホコリ・粉」というイメージなので不可算名詞です。
, swirling and dancing「クルクル回って踊っている」
in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity.「無限の渦やうねりの中で」
swirl スワーォで「渦巻く」、ぐるぐる回る」という意味の動詞。
eddy で「渦、うずまき」
whirlpool もほぼ同様の意味で「渦巻き」

Life is eternal.「命は永遠だ。」
eternal で「永遠の、不変の、永久の」

We have stopped「私たちは立ち止まった」
for a moment「ほんのつかの間」
to encounter each other,「お互いに出会うために」
, to meet, to love, to share.「出会って、愛して、分かち合うために」

This is a precious moment.「これは貴重な瞬間だ。」

It is a little parenthesis in eternity.「それは永遠の中の小さな挿入句なのだ。」です。
parenthesis パ[レ]ンスィスィスは、（）丸括弧のことです。
括永遠（eternity）という果てしない時間の流れの中で、（）でくくられた小さな余白ということです。

他によく使われる括弧の呼び名をまとめておきます。
[ ] 角括弧 square brackets
{ } 波括弧 curly brackets
” ” 二重引用符 double quotes
と言います。
ちなみに「」鍵括弧は、日本独自のものなので英文では使われないことも覚えておきましょう。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
