At the time, で「その当時」
acid made me consider ～「LSDは私に～を考えさせた」です。
acid は LSD（幻覚剤）を指すスラング。
(consider) questions of reality, で「実在への疑問を（考えさせた）」です。
つまり、実在／現実というものに対する疑問／問いです。
ここにある現実というものが本当に現実なのか？という疑問ですね。
ここでの of は【対象】の意味の of と考えるとわかりやすいです。
例：love of nature「自然への愛」、question of the proper use of tax money「税金の適切な使用に対する疑義」

それはつまり、
, the difference (between) ～ で「～と～の間の違い」です。
, as someone said, は挿入的に「（他の）誰かが言っていたように」という意味です。
これはすでに誰かが言及していた、自分のオリジナルの考えではない、と言っているわけです。
(the difference) between words and silence.「言葉と沈黙との（違い）」
概念的な現実（言葉の世界）と、直接的な現実（沈黙の世界）の違いです。

bring back ～ で「～を思い出させる、～を呼び戻す」です。
a lot of latent religious feelings in me で「私の中に眠っていた多くの潜在的な宗教的な感覚」です。
latent [レ]イテントゥは「潜在的な、潜伏している」という意味の形容詞。
例：latent anger「潜在的な怒り」
religious リ[リ]ジャスで「宗教的な」という意味の形容詞。
名詞形は religion リ[リ]ジョン「宗教」です。
